Welcome to KugbaHost. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
KugbaHost provides:

Web hosting (Shared, VPS, Dedicated)

Website development and maintenance

2. Account and Usage

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You agree not to use our services for any illegal, abusive, or harmful activity, including:

Spamming

Hosting malware or phishing sites

Infringing on intellectual property rights

3. Payment and Billing

All services are billed in advance and must be paid before activation.

Payment methods include bank transfer, mobile money, and card payments.

Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

No refunds will be issued once a domain is registered or hosting activated.
4. Refund Policy

Domain Registrations: All domain name purchases are non-refundable once registered, as domain registration is instant and irreversible.

Web Hosting and Email Services: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if:

There has been no usage of the hosting resources (e.g., no website uploads or email use).

The refund request is due to a technical issue we are unable to resolve.

Website Development and Maintenance: Payments for custom web development or design work are non-refundable once the work has started. A partial refund may be considered only if work has not yet commenced and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment.

Dedicated Servers / VPS / Cloud Services: These services are non-refundable once provisioned, due to third-party provisioning and infrastructure allocation.

How to Request a Refund: Send a written request to billing@kugbahost.com with your service ID, payment details, and reason for the refund. Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

No Refunds for Abuse or Policy Violations: If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for any refund.
5. Uptime and Support

KugbaHost aims for 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and external factors.

Technical support is provided via email and WhatsApp during business hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (GMT).
6. Data and Backups

Clients are responsible for backing up their own data unless a backup service is explicitly purchased.

KugbaHost is not liable for loss of data due to user error, malware, or server failure.
7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for:

Violation of these terms

Non-payment after 7 days

Abuse of resources or causing harm to our infrastructure

8. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information such as your name, email, and payment info solely to provide and improve our services.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law or to trusted partners necessary for delivering our services.
9. Domain Registration Terms

Domain availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

You are responsible for ensuring your domain is renewed before its expiration date.

KugbaHost is not liable for loss of a domain due to late renewal.
10. Limitation of Liability
KugbaHost shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits, data, or revenue

Downtime caused by third parties (e.g., datacenters, domain registries)

Security breaches due to weak user credentials or negligence
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
